About Us

Vladimir, who runs Hortus-Flora, is a civil engineer by training. He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2012, worked in construction for several years, and started the original firm with his wife in 2015. A failing wall is an engineering problem first, so we look at loads, backfill and water before deciding how much has to be rebuilt. Hortus-Flora LLC now works in Charlotte as a small crew. The same people handle planting and floral touches, and a trusted plumbing partner covers anything backflow-related.
